Q: How do I properly light and burn incense?
A: Light the tip of the stick until it catches fire, let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow it out. Place it in a heat-safe holder and enjoy as the smoke carries the scent.
Q: Is it safe to burn incense every day?
A: Yes, incense can be burned daily. Just be sure to keep your space well-ventilated.
Q: Can incense be used around pets or children?
A: Incense should always be used with care around pets and children. Keep it out of reach and burn it in a well-ventilated area.
Q: What’s the best way to put out an incense stick?
A: You can gently press the lit end into a heat-safe dish or holder until it stops burning. Save the rest to relight later.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Because our incense is a consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.
Q: Why don’t you allow returns?
A: Since incense is a personal and consumable item, we cannot restock or resell it for safety reasons. This policy ensures every customer receives fresh, untouched products.

A: Subscribing makes prioritizing yourself effortless. You’ll receive your incense regularly without needing to reorder. Your incense is delivered monthly, and subscriptions often include special perks such as preferred pricing, and early access to new scents,
Q: Will I be charged every month?
A: Yes, your subscription renews monthly. You’ll be billed automatically, and your incense will ship shortly after on your subscription date.
Q: Can I choose my scents?
A: If you choose Balance Flow or Abundant Flow you will receive a curated mix design each month. (If you are allergic to any ingredients in certain scents please email us and we will curate your package.) If you subscribed to once scent you will receive the same one every month.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Yes. You’re always in control. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
